

Late Sunday, after Spains victory in 2010 FIFA World Cup, 74 people were killed from a bombing in Kampala, Uganda, including one American. The bombing took place in an Ethiopian Resturant as people were watching the World Cup's final between Spain and Netherlands. An al-Quida related militant group claimed to be responsible for the attack. The bombing happened two days after a Somali group, al-Shabab, commander orderd for there to be attacks in Uganda and Burundi. Sheik Ali Mohamud Rage, a militant spokesperson had some words to share, "We will carry our attacks against our enemy wherever they are. No one will deter us from performing our Islamic duty."
